30-day money-back guarantee

• Ask within 30 days of buying and we refund whatever you paid. No reason needed.
• Write to licenses@tryshepherd.xyz from the address you paid with.
• The refund goes back to your original payment method through Stripe. Banks usually take 5–10 days to show it.
• Shepherd keeps working after a refund. Pay again whenever you like.

The Build Kit

The same guarantee applies: ask within 30 days of buying the Build Kit and we refund the full price, no reason needed. Write to licenses@tryshepherd.xyz from the address you paid with. After a refund the kit's download link stops working.

If you are a consumer in the EU, this is in addition to your statutory 14-day right of withdrawal.
